عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْعَالِيَةِ قَالَ:
سَمِعَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ رَجُلًا حِينَ جَلَسَ فِي الصَّلَاةِ يَقُولُ: الْحَمْدُ لِلهِ قَبْلَ التَّشَهُّدِ، فَانْتَهَرَهُ يَقُولُ: " ابْتَدِئْ بِالتَّشَهُّدِ
Translation
✧ Ibn ʿAbbās heard a man, when he sat in prayer, saying: “Praise be to God” before the tashahhud. He rebuked him, saying: “Begin with the tashahhud.”
