✧ Prostration on the Nose

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أَسْجُدَ عَلَى سَبْعَةِ أَعْظُمٍ، وَلَا أَكُفَّ شَعَرًا، وَلَا ثَوْبًا " قَالَ: " الْجَبْهَةِ، ثُمَّ يَضَعُ يَدَهُ عَلَيْهَا، ثُمَّ يُمِرُّ إِلَى أَنْفِهِ، وَالْكَفَّيْنِ، وَالرُّكْبَتَيْنِ، وَالْقَدَمَيْنِ
Translation
✧ I was commanded to prostrate on seven bones and not to tuck up hair or clothing. He said, 'The forehead—then he places his hand on it and then passes it to his nose—and the two hands, the two knees, and the two feet.'
