عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى قَالَ:
أَمْكِنْ فِي السُّجُودِ رُكْبَتَيْكَ وَصُدُورَ قَدَمَيْكَ مِنَ الْأَرْضِ
Translation
✧ Enable your knees and the tops of your feet to touch the ground during prostration.
