عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ أَبِي عَائِشَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ شَدَّادِ بْنِ الْهَادِ اللَّيْثِيِّ قَالَ:
صَلَّى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ الظُّهْرَ أَوِ الْعَصْرَ، فَجَعَلَ رَجُلٌ يَقْرَأُ خَلْفَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ، وَرَجُلٌ يَنْهَاهُ، فَلَمَّا صَلَّى قَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، كُنْتُ أَقْرَأُ وَكَانَ هَذَا يَنْهَانِي، فَقَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: مَنْ كَانَ لَهُ إِمَامٌ فَإِنَّ قِرَاءَةَ الْإِمَامِ لَهُ قِرَاءَةٌ
Translation
✧ The Prophet ﷺ prayed Zuhr or Asr, and a man began reciting behind the Prophet ﷺ while another man was forbidding him. When he finished, he said: "O Messenger of God, I was reciting while this man was forbidding me." The Messenger of God ﷺ said to him: "Whoever has an imam, the imam's recitation is a recitation for him."
