عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: لَوْ نَسِيتُ الْقِرَاءَةَ فِي رَكْعَةٍ بِأُمِّ الْقُرْآنِ وَبِالسُّورَةِ الَّتِي بَعْدَهَا، لَمْ أَقْرَأْ فِي الرَّكْعَةِ بِشَيْءٍ ؟ فَقَالَ: " فَلَا تُعِدْ، وَلَكِنِ اسْجُدْ سَجْدَتَيِ السَّهْوِ
Translation

machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq, from Ibn Jurayj, who said:
✧ I said to 'Ata': "If I forget the recitation in a rak'ah of Umm al-Qur'an and the surah after it, and I do not recite anything in the rak'ah?" He said: "Then you do not need to repeat, but prostrate the two prostrations of forgetfulness."
