عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ شَبِيبٍ أَبِي رَوْحٍ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ مُحَمَّدٍ ﷺ قَالَ:
صَلَّى النَّبِيُّ ﷺ صَلَاةَ الْفَجْرِ فَقَرَأَ سُورَةَ الرُّومِ، فَالْتَبَسَ فِيهَا، فَلَمَّا انْصَرَفَ قَالَ: مَا بَالُ أَقْوَامٍ يُصَلُّونَ مَعَنَا بِغَيْرِ طُهْرٍ، مَنْ صَلَّى مَعَنَا فَلْيُحْسِنْ طُهُورَهُ، فَإِنَّمَا يَلْبِسُ عَلَيْنَا الْقُرْآنَ أُولَئِكَ
Translation
✧ The Prophet ﷺ prayed the Fajr prayer and recited Surah al-Rum, and he became confused in it. When he finished, he said: "What is the matter with people who pray with us without purification? Whoever prays with us should perfect his purification, for those are the ones who confuse the Qur'an for us."
