✧ Reciting the Mother of the Qur'an (Umm al-Qur'an)

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ،
أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ لَمْ يَكُنْ لِيَدَعَ أَنْ يَقْرَأَ بِأُمِّ الْقُرْآنِ فِي كُلِّ رَكْعَةٍ مِنَ الْمَكْتُوبَةِ
Translation
✧ That Ibn Umar would not omit reciting the Umm al-Qur'an in every rak'ah of the prescribed prayer.
