عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ غَنْمٍ، أَنَّ أَبَا مَالِكٍ الْأَشْعَرِيَّ،
أَنَّهُ قَالَ لِقَوْمِهِ: اجْتَمِعُوا أُصَلِّي بِكُمْ صَلَاةَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ "، فَلَمَّا اجْتَمَعُوا قَالَ: " هَلْ فِيكُمْ أَحَدٌ مِنْ غَيْرِكُمْ ؟ " قَالُوا: لَا إِلَّا ابْنُ أُخْتٍ لَنَا قَالَ: " فَإِنَّ ابْنَ أُخْتِ الْقَوْمِ مِنْهُمْ، فَدَعَا بِجَفْنَةٍ فِيهَا مَاءٌ، فَغَسَلَ يَدَيْهِ، وَمَضْمَضَ، وَاسْتَنْشَقَ، وَغَسَلَ وَجْهَهُ ثَلَاثًا، وَذِرَاعَيْهِ ثَلَاثًا ثَلَاثًا، وَمَسَحَ بِرَأْسِهِ، وَغَسَلَ قَدَمَيْهِ، ثُمَّ صَلَّى بِهِمُ الظُّهْرَ يُكَبِّرُ فِيهِمَا اثْنَتَيْنِ وَعِشْرِينَ تَكْبِيرَةً، يُكَبِّرُ إِذَا سَجَدَ، وَإِذَا رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ مِنَ السُّجُودِ، وَقَرَأَ فِي الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ الْأُولَيَيْنِ بِفَاتِحَةِ الْكِتَابِ، وَيُسْمِعُ مَنْ يَلِيهِ ".
Translation
✧ He said to his people: “Gather so that I may lead you in the prayer of the Messenger of God ﷺ.” When they gathered, he said: “Is there anyone among you who is not one of you?” They said: “No, except a nephew of ours.” He said: “A people’s nephew is one of them.” Then he called for a bowl containing water, washed his hands, rinsed his mouth, snuffed water into his nose, washed his face three times, and his forearms three times each, wiped his head, and washed his feet. Then he led them in the noon prayer, saying in the two rak‘ahs twenty-two takbirs: he said the takbir when he prostrated and when he raised his head from prostration, and he recited in the first two rak‘ahs the Opening of the Book, letting those next to him hear.
