✧ How the Imam Says When He Intends to Say the Takbir

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ يَزِيدَ،
وَكَانَ يَؤُمُّنَا فَلَمَّا أَنْ قَامَ يَؤُمُّنَا قَالَ: سَوُّوا الصُّفُوفَ، فَإِنَّ مِنْ تَمَامِ الصَّلَاةِ إِقَامَةَ الصَّفِّ
Translation
✧ He led us in prayer, and when he stood to lead us he said: "Straighten the rows, for part of the perfection of prayer is establishing the row."
