✧ When He Wipes Dust from His Face

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: أَرَأَيْتَ لَوْ مَسَحْتُ وَجْهِي بَعْدَ أَنْ أَقُولَ: السَّلَامُ عَلَيْنَا وَعَلَى عِبَادِ اللهِ الصَّالِحِينَ، وَأَتَشَهَّدُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُسَلِّمَ الْإِمَامُ ؟ قَالَ: " لَا يَضُرُّكَ
Translation
✧ I said to Ata': 'What do you think if I wipe my face after saying: "Peace be upon us and upon the righteous servants of Allah," and I recite the tashahhud before the imam says the taslim?' He said: 'It does not harm you.'
