✧ Neglecting the Prayer Times

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ بُدَيْلٍ الْعُقَيْلِيِّ قَالَ: بَلَغَنِي
أَنَّ الْعَبْدَ إِذَا صَلَّى لِوَقْتِهَا سَطَعَ لَهَا نُورٌ سَاطِعٌ فِي السَّمَاءِ وَقَالَتْ: حَفِظْتَنِي حَفِظَكَ اللهُ، وَإِذَا صَلَّاهَا لِغَيْرِ وَقْتٍ طُوِيَتْ كَمَا يُطْوَى الثَّوْبُ الْخَلَقُ، فَضُرِبَ بِهَا وَجْهُهُ
Translation
✧ When the servant prays at its proper time, a brilliant light shines forth for it in the sky, and it says: You have preserved me, may God preserve you. And when he prays it at other than its time, it is folded up like a worn-out garment is folded, and it is struck with it in his face.
