✧ Whoever Waits for the Prayer

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:
لَا يَزَالُ أَحَدُكُمْ فِي صَلَاةٍ مَا زَالَ يَنْتَظِرُ الصَّلَاةَ، وَلَا يَزَالُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ تُصَلِّي عَلَى أَحَدِكُمْ مَا كَانَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ، وَتَقُولُ: اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لَهُ، اللَّهُمَّ ارْحَمْهُ
Translation
✧ One of you remains in prayer as long as he is waiting for the prayer, and the angels continue to pray for one of you as long as he is in the mosque, saying: O Allah, forgive him; O Allah, have mercy on him.
