✧ Wool of a Dead Animal

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
سَأَلَ إِنْسَانٌ عَطَاءً عَنْ صُوفِ الْمَيْتَةِ فَكَرِهَهُ، وَقَالَ: إِنِّي لَمْ أَسْمَعْ أَنَّهُ يُرَخَّصُ إِلَّا فِي إِهَابِهَا إِذَا دُبِغَ
Translation
✧ A person asked ʿAṭāʾ about the wool of a dead animal, and he disliked it and said: "I have not heard that it is permitted except for its hide when it is tanned."
