أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، قَالَ:
لَمَّا أُهْبِطَ إِبْلِيسُ قَالَ: أَيْ رَبِّ، قَدْ لَعَنْتَهُ فَمَا عَمَلُهُ ؟ قَالَ: السِّحْرُ، قَالَ: فَمَا قِرَاءَتُهُ ؟ قَالَ: الشِّعْرُ، قَالَ: فَمَا كِتَابُهُ ؟ قَالَ: الْوَشْمُ، قَالَ: فَمَا طَعَامُهُ ؟ قَالَ: كُلُّ مَيْتَةٍ وَمَا لَمْ يُذْكَرِ اسْمُ اللهِ عَلَيْهِ، قَالَ: فَمَا شَرَابُهُ ؟ قَالَ: كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ، قَالَ: فَأَيْنَ مَسْكَنُهُ ؟ قَالَ: الْحَمَّامُ، قَالَ: فَأَيْنَ مَجْلِسُهُ ؟ قَالَ: الْأَسْوَاقُ، قَالَ: فَمَا صَوْتُهُ ؟ قَالَ: الْمِزْمَارُ، قَالَ: فَمَا مَصَايِدُهُ ؟ قَالَ: النِّسَاءُ ".
