أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، قَالَ:
جَاءَ رَجُلٌ إِلَى عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ فَقَالَ: إِنِّي رَأَيْتُ كَأَنَّ الْأَرْضَ أَعْشَبَتْ، ثُمَّ أَجْدَبَتْ، ثُمَّ أَعْشَبَتْ، ثُمَّ أَجْدَبَتْ، فَقَالَ عُمَرُ: " أَنْتَ رَجُلٌ تُؤْمِنُ ثُمَّ تَكْفُرُ، ثُمَّ تُؤْمِنُ ثُمَّ تَكْفُرُ، ثُمَّ تَمُوتُ كَافِرًا "، فَقَالَ الرَّجُلُ: لَمْ أَرَ شَيْئًا، فَقَالَ عُمَرُ: ﴿قُضِيَ الأَمْرُ الَّذِي فِيهِ تَسْتَفْتِيَانِ ﴾، " قَدْ قُضِيَ لَكَ مَا قُضِيَ لِصَاحِبِ يُوسُفَ
