أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، قَالَ:
كَتَبَ عُمَرُ إِلَى أَبِي مُوسَى: " أَمَّا بَعْدُ، فَإِنِّي كُنْتُ آمُرُكُمْ بِمَا أَمَرَكَمْ بِهِ الْقُرْآنُ، وَأَنْهَاكُمْ عَمَّا نَهَاكُمْ عَنْهُ مُحَمَّدٌ ﷺ، وَآمُرُكُمْ بِاتِّبَاعِ الْفِقْهِ وَالسُّنَّةِ، وَالتَّفَهُّمِ فِي الْعَرَبِيَّةِ، فَإِذَا رَأَى أَحَدُكُمْ رُؤْيَا فَقَصَّهَا عَلَى أَخِيهِ، فَلْيَقُلْ: خَيْرٌ لَنَا وَشَرٌّ لِأَعْدَائِنَا
