✧ A man entering the mosque and hearing the iqama in another

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ:
فِي رَجُلٍ صَلَّى مِنَ الْمَكْتُوبَةِ رَكْعَةً ثُمَّ سَمِعَ الْإِقَامَةَ قَالَ: يَصِلُ إِلَيْهَا أُخْرَى، ثُمَّ يَأْتِي الْإِمَامَ فَيُصَلِّي مَعَهُ فِي جَمَاعَةٍ، وَإِنْ كَانَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ دَخَلَ مَعَهُمْ
Translation
✧ Regarding a man who prayed one rak'ah of the obligatory prayer and then heard the iqamah, he said: he adds another to it, then goes to the imam and prays with him in congregation, and if he is in the mosque he joins them.
