✧ A man praying in the city without an iqama

عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي زِيَادٍ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ أَبِي لَيْلَى فَقُلْتُ: جِئْتُ الْمَسْجِدَ وَقَدْ صَلَّوْا، أُقِيمُ ؟ قَالَ: قَدْ كُفِيتَ
Translation
✧ I asked Abd al-Rahman b. Abi Layla: I came to the mosque and they had already prayed. Should I say the iqama? He said: You have been sufficed.
