عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ قَيْسٍ، عَنْ زُرْعَةَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ،
أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ: كَانَ يُوَكِّلُ الْحَرَسَ إِذَا أَخَذَ الْمُؤَذِّنُ فِي الْإِقَامَةِ أَنْ يُقِيمُوا النَّاسَ إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ حَتَّى يُكَبِّرَ
Translation
✧ Umar b. Abd al-Aziz used to appoint guards so that when the muezzin began the iqama, they would make the people stand for the prayer until he said the takbir.
