أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، قَالَ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ:
قَالَ لِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى فِي أَهْلِ بَيْتٍ مِنْ يَهُودَ، مَاتَ أَبُوهُمْ وَلَمْ يُقْسَمْ مِيرَاثُهُ حَتَّى أَسْلَمُوا: لَيْسَ عَلَى قِسْمَةِ الْإِسْلَامِ، وَقَعَتِ الْمَوَارِيثُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُسْلِمُوا
