أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ حَسَّانَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، قَالَ:
كَتَبَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ: " أَلَّا تَشْتَرُوا مِنْ عَقَارِ أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ وَلَا مِنْ بِلَادِهِمْ شَيْئًا
