أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الثَّوْرِيُّ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ:
كَتَبَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِلَى مَجُوسِ هَجَرَ يَدْعُوهُمْ إِلَى الْإِسْلَامِ، فَمَنْ أَسْلَمَ قَبِلَ مِنْهُ الْحَقَّ، وَمَنْ أَبَى كَتَبَ عَلَيْهِ الْجِزْيَةَ، وَأَنْ لَا تُؤْكَلَ لَهُمْ ذَبِيحَةٌ، وَأَلَّا تُنْكَحَ لَهُمُ امْرَأَةٌ
