أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ الزُّهْرِيَّ يَسْأَلُ:
نص إضافيأَتُؤْخَذُ الْجِزْيَةُ مِمَّنْ لَيْسَ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ ؟ قَالَ: " نَعَمْ أَخَذَهَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْبَحْرَيْنِ، وَعُمَرُ مِنْ أَهْلِ السَّوَادِ، وَعُثْمَانُ مِنْ بَرْبَرٍ
