عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، وَإِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، أَنَّ عَلِيًّا، وَابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَا:
مَنْ سَمِعَ النِّدَاءَ فَلَمْ يُجِبْ فَلَا صَلَاةَ لَهُ، قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: إِلَّا مِنْ عِلَّةٍ أَوْ عُذْرٍ
Translation
✧ Whoever hears the call and does not respond, there is no prayer for him. Ibn Abbas said: "Except due to an illness or an excuse."
