أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ:
إِذَا تُوُفِّيَ الرَّجُلُ وَتَرَكَ ابْنَتَهُ، وَإِخْوَتَهُ لِأُمِّهِ، وَأَخْوَالَهُ، وَعَمَّتَهُ، وَهَذَا الضَّرْبَ فَالْمَالُ كُلُّهُ لِابْنَتِهِ
