أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، قَالَ:
قَالَ عَبْدُ الْكَرِيمِ بْنُ أَبِي الْمُخَارِقِ فِي رَجُلٍ تَرَكَ عَمَّتَهُ وَخَالَتَهُ: " لِعَمَّتِهِ ثُلُثَيْ مَالِهِ، وَلِخَالَتِهِ الثُّلُثُ. قُلْتُ لِعَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ: فَأُمٌّ مَعَهُمَا ؟ قَالَ: " يَرَوْنَ وَأَنَا أَنَّ الْأُمَّ أَحَقُّ "، قُلْتُ لِعَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ: فَابْنَةٌ مَعَ الْخَالَةِ وَالْعَمَّةِ ؟ فَقَالَ: " يَرَوْنَ وَأَنَا أَنَّ الْبِنْتَ لَهَا الْمَالُ كُلُّهُ دُونَهُمَا "، قُلْتُ لِعَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ: فَابْنَةُ بِنْتِ عَمَّةٍ وَخَالَةٌ ؟ قَالَ: " لِبِنْتِ بِنْتِ الْعَمَّةِ الثُّلُثَانِ وَلِلْخَالَةِ الثُّلُثُ
