أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، قَالَ:
دَخَلْتُ عَلَى عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ فَسَأَلَنِي: أَيُقْطَعُ الْعَبْدُ الْآبِقُ إِذَا سَرَقَ ؟ قُلْتُ: لَمْ أَسْمَعْ فِيهِ بِشَيْءٍ، فَقَالَ لِي عُمَرُ: فَإِنَّ عُثْمَانَ وَمَرْوَانَ لَا يَقْطَعَانِهِ
