أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: سَرَقَ رَجُلٌ مَالِي، فَوَجَدْتُهُ قَدْ بَاعَهُ، قَالَ: " فَخُذْهُ حَيْثُ وَجَدْتَهُ "، قُلْتُ: وَائْتَمَنْتُهُ عَلَيْهِ فَخَانَهُ فَبَاعَهُ، قَالَ: " خُذْهُ حَيْثُ وَجَدْتَهُ سُبْحَانَ اللهِ مَا هُوَ إِلَّا ذَلِكَ "، قُلْتُ: فَاسْتَعَارَنِيهِ فَبَاعَهُ، قَالَ: " وَكَذَلِكَ فَخُذْهُ "، قَالَ: قُلْتُ: فَسَرَقَ رَجُلٌ عَبْدًا لِي فَمَهَرَهُ امْرَأَةً وَأَصَابَهَا ؟ قَالَ: " سَمِعْنَا أَنَّهُ يُقَالُ: خُذْ مَالَكَ حَيْثُ وَجَدْتَهُ؛ فَخُذْ عَبْدَكَ مِنْهَا
