أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، قَالَ:
إِذَا وُجِدَ السَّارِقُ فِي الْبَيْتِ قَدْ جَمَعَ الْمَتَاعَ فِي الْبَيْتِ فَلَمْ يَخْرُجْ بِهِ، فَلَا قَطْعَ عَلَيْهِ، وَلَكِنْ يُنَكَّلُ ".
