أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، قَالَ:
إِنْ سَرَقَ ثُمَّ سَرَقَ وَلَمْ يُحَدَّ؛ قُطِعَ مَرَّةً وَاحِدَةً، وَكَذَلِكَ الزَّانِي " وَقَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ مِثْلَهُ.
