أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ
فِي رَجُلٍ شَهِدَ عَلَيْهِ رَجُلٌ أَنَّهُ سَرَقَ بِأَرْضٍ، وَشَهِدَ عَلَيْهِ آخَرُ أَنَّهُ سَرَقَ بِأَرْضٍ أُخْرَى، قَالَ: " لَا قَطْعَ عَلَيْهِ ".
