أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، قَالَ:
لَا قَطْعَ عَلَى مَنْ لَمْ يَحْتَلِمْ، سَرَقَ وَلَا حَدَّ، وَالْمَرْأَةُ كَذَلِكَ مَا لَمْ تَحِضْ
