عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ غَيْرِ وَاحِدٍ
أَنَّ أَهْلَ عُمَانَ سُبُوا، فَقَضَى فِيهِمْ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بِأَرْبَعِمِائَةِ دِرْهَمٍ، ثُمَّ نَظَرَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَقَالَ: " إِنَّمَا سُبُوا فِي الْإِسْلَامِ فَهُمْ أَحْرَارٌ حَيْثُمَا أَدْرَكْتُمُوهُمْ
