عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ:
أَنَّ رَجُلًا مُسْلِمًا قَتَلَ رَجُلًا مِنْ أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ عَمْدًا فَرُفِعَ إِلَى عُثْمَانَ فَلَمْ يَقْتُلْهُ بِهِ وَغَلَّظَ عَلَيْهِ الدِّيَةَ مِثْلَ دِيَةِ الْمُسْلِمِ
