عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمِقْدَامِ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، قَالَ:
جَعَلَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ دِيَةَ الْيَهُودِيِّ وَالنَّصْرَانِيِّ أَرْبَعَةَ آلَافِ دِرْهَمٍ
