عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ،
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ: " فَرَضَ عَلَى كُلِّ رَجُلٍ مُسْلِمٍ قَتَلَ رَجُلًا مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ أَرْبَعَةَ آلَافِ دِرْهَمٍ، وَأَنَّهُ يُنْفَى مِنْ أَرْضِهِ إِلَى غَيْرِهَا
