عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، قَالَ:
يُجْبَرُ الْقَاتِلُ عَلَى أَنْ يُعْطِيَ الدِّيَةَ قَالَ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ: ﴿فَمَنْ عُفِيَ لَهُ مِنْ أَخِيهِ شَيْءٌ فَاتِّبَاعٌ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ ﴾فَالْعَفْوُ أَنْ يَقْبَلَ الدِّيَةَ
