عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: الْحَرْثُ تُصِيبُهُ الْمَاشِيَةُ لَيْلًا أَوْ نَهَارًا، قَالَ: " يُغَرَّمُ قُلْتُ: فَعَلَيْهِ حَظْرٌ أَوْ لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ حَظْرٌ ؟ قَالَ: " أَرَى أَنْ يُغَرَّمَ " قَالَ: قُلْتُ: كَانَ فِيهِ مَنْ يُبْصِرُهُ ؟ قَالَ: " فَيُغَرَّمُ فِيمَا أَرَى
