عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: لَمْ أَمْتَنِعْ مِنَ الْفَحْلِ بِشَيْءٍ إِلَّا بِقَتْلِهِ، كَيْفَ أَغْرَمُهُ ؟ قَالَ: " قَدْ قَالُوا ذَلِكَ، وَمَا أَظُنُّ إِلَّا أَنْ تَكُونَ مَضَتْ فِيهِ سُنَّةٌ
