عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ
فِي رَجُلٍ ضَرَبَ امْرَأَتَهُ فَأَسْقَطَتْ، قَالَ: " يَغْرَمُ غُرَّةً، وَعَلَيْهِ عِتْقُ رَقَبَةٍ، وَلَا يَرِثُ مِنْ تِلْكَ الْغُرَّةِ، هِيَ لِوَارِثِ الصَّبِيِّ غَيْرِهِ
