عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ هُشَيْمِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، قَالَ:
أَشْهَدُ عَلَى عَلِيٍّ أَنَّهُ قَضَى فِي قَوْمٍ اقْتَتَلُوا فَقَتَلَ بَعْضُهُمْ بَعْضًا، " فَقَضَى بِعَقْلِ الَّذِينَ قُتِلُوا، عَلَى الَّذِينَ جُرِحُوا، وَطَرَحَ عَنْهُمْ مِنَ الْعَقْلِ بِقَدْرِ جِرَاحِهِمْ
