عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ
فِي رَجُلٍ اتُّهِمَ بِقَتْلِهِ أَخَوَانِ، فَخَافَ أَبُوهُمَا أَنْ يُقْتَلَا، فَقَالَ أَبُوهُمَا: أَنَا قَتَلْتُ صَاحِبَكُمْ، وَقَالَ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنَ الْأَخَوَيْنِ، أَنَا قَتَلْتُهُ، وَبَرَّأَ بَعْضُهُمْ بَعْضًا، قَالَ: " نَرَى ذَلِكَ إِلَى أَوْلِيَاءِ الْمَقْتُولِ، فَيَحْلِفُوا قَسَامَةً عَلَى أَحَدِهِمْ
