عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: هَلْ يُؤَذِّنُ الْمُؤَذِّنُ غَيْرَ قَائِمٍ ؟ قَالَ: لَا، إِلَّا مِنْ وَجَعٍ، قُلْتُ: مِنْ نُعَاسٍ أَوْ كَسَلٍ ؟ قَالَ: لَا، قُلْتُ: هَلْ يُؤَذِّنُ الْغُلَامُ غَيْرَ مُحْتَلِمٍ ؟ قَالَ: لَا
Translation
✧ I said to 'Ata': 'May the muezzin give the call to prayer without standing?' He said: 'No, unless due to illness.' I said: 'Due to drowsiness or laziness?' He said: 'No.' I said: 'May a boy who has not reached puberty give the call to prayer?' He said: 'No.'
