عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ،
فِي عَبْدٍ ثَمَنُهُ أَلْفُ دِينَارٍ، فَقَأَ عَيْنَ عَبْدٍ ثَمَنُهُ أَلْفُ دِينَارٍ، قَالَ: " إِنْ كَانَ فَقَأَ عَيْنَهُ عَمْدًا فَالْقَوَدُ، وَإِنْ كَانَ خَطَأً فَالدِّيَةُ، وَإِنْ كَانَ الَّذِي هُوَ خَيْرٌ فُقِئَتْ عَيْنُهُ لَزِمَهُ ثَمَنُهُ، لَيْسَ عَلَى أَهْلِهِ إِلَّا ذَلِكَ
