عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ: عَبِيدٌ قَتَلُوا حُرًّا عَمْدًا أَسُنَّتُهُمْ سُنَّةُ الْأَحْرَارِ يَقْتُلُونَ الْحُرَّ عَمْدًا ؟ قَالَ: " مَا أَرَى إِلَّا أَنَّهُمْ لِأَهْلِهِ مِنْ أَجْلِ أَنَّهُمْ مَالٌ، لَيْسُوا كَهَيْئَةِ الْأَحْرَارِ قَتَلُوا حُرًّا
