إِنْ شَاءُوا قَتَلُوا الْحُرَّ، وَاسْتَرَقُّوا الْعَبْدَ، وَإِنْ شَاءُوا قَتَلُوهُمَا جَمِيعًا، وَإِنْ شَاءُوا عَفَوْا عَنْ وَاحِدٍ، وَقَتَلُوا الْآخَرَ
