عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ:
سُئِلَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ أَنْعَلَ دَابَّةً فَعَنَّتَ ؟ قَالَ: " إِنْ كَانَ يَفْعَلُ فَلَا شَيْءَ عَلَيْهِ، وَإِنْ كَانَ إِنَّمَا تَكَلَّفَ لَيْسَ ذَلِكَ عَمَلَهُ فَقَدْ ضَمِنَ
