عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي مَعْشَرٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ:
عَلَى الَّذِي اقْتَصَّ مِنْهُ دِيَتُهُ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ يُطْرَحُ عَنْهُ دِيَةُ جُرْحِهِ
