عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ عُمَرَ، وَعَلِيٍّ، قَالَا:
لَا يَغْرَمُهُ، أَوْ قَالَ أَحَدُهُمَا: قَتْلُهُ حَقٌّ، وَقَالَ الْآخَرُ: قَتَلَهُ كِتَابُ اللهِ
