عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شُبْرُمَةَ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ الْعُكْلِيِّ
فِي الَّذِي يُسْتَقَادُ مِنْهُ، ثُمَّ يَمُوتُ قَالَ: " يَغْرَمُ دِيَتَهُ لِأَنَّ النَّفْسَ خَطَأٌ
